early launch!
surprise! the awesome new website is up earlier than planned! it's been a long time coming and i'm very excited about it!

one of the biggest changes is the online proofing and ordering system. hopefully this will make it super easy to share your images with family and friends, and be convenient for anyone who wants to order prints. i also am starting a referral system, where new clients will get a stack of cards to hand out, and for every referral who comes in and books a session, you both get a free 8x10! i've been blessed with great word-of-mouth advertising in the past, and hopefully this will be a nice way for you to get something in return!

let me know your thoughts on the new site.....what you like, what you don't like, what you'd like to see..... you're the ones who have to look at it, so i want it to be good :)

we get to move into our new place this weekend, and hopefully will have the new studio up and running in a couple of weeks!

also, thank you to dogsandrinks.com for the wonderful opportunity to photograph your dogs last weekend! it was a blast!

SBP update!
Just an update to let everyone know what's happening my world....things are definitely changing! I'll be moving into a new place in July, and it's big enough to finally have a viewing space for clients! Starting soon, local clients will come to my office for a "formal" viewing of their session, AND I'm hoping to incorporate an in-home studio as well, for maternity and newborn sessions.

I'm also setting up online proofing/ordering galleries, incorporating new products (including an awesome new fabric-covered book to replace the current spiral-bound proofs) and I'm launching a whole new look..... new website, business cards, packaging, everything. It's VERY exciting and I can't wait for the official launch! (tentatively July 17th)

Don't worry, Aberdeen.....I'm still planning to come back for sessions occasionally, and will definitely keep you informed via email for those dates. Right now, the next official trip is going to be for the Great Aberdeen Pigout on July 12th, but we haven't decided exactly what days we'll be in town. If you definitely want a session around that time, please email me and let me know what days work for you.....might make planning easier :)
